TSA is the Technology Student Association. It’s not just a club, but a team. In TSA, they split up and compete over lots of categories, such as drones, robotics, video game development, and so much more. They create and prepare projects to present in front of judges.
Jamestown High School’s TSA is going to a state competition. Their hard work has allowed them to reach this deserved level. They have done much work in preparation, such as designing, crafting, and perfecting their projects, to display before the judges.
The first step was regionals, where the different groups are judged and share their projects with many other people. The state competition is very similar, but on a much larger scale. This requires much more preparation, but our TSA will be more than capable of taking on this challenge.
Jamestown’s TSA has grown so much over the past few years, and they are better than they have ever been. “It was shocking to me to see all these people walk into the room and be really excited about what we do.” Says Matthew Long (Junior), the president of TSA. This fresh, new group of people are very dedicated and hard-working.
Best of luck to our TSA!
